I came across an ad for a package deal on either a 4WD L3400DT or L2800DT, Kubota FEL, shredder and box blade (brand unknown on last 2 implements). The price is $13,995 for the 2800 and $1000 more for the 3400. Is this a deal? And, is there any reason I shouldn't spend the extra $1000 and get the extra hp? Is there another model in the line I should be thinking about w/comparable hp?

LOCAL HERE YOU CAN BUY A L3400DT FOR $12,000. BUT I RECOMEND LOOKING AT THE L3430 GRAND FOR ABOUT 2 GRAND MORE. MUCH MORE FEATURES I FEEL FOR THE MONEY.

I am in Birmingham Al and have been quoted about the same. $12200 for the L3400DT. As I have been reading forums like mad lately, seems there are widely varying prices on both tractor and implements. Watch the grade of the implement. A lot of "good" pricing in on the lighter duty stuff. Right tool for the right job. ....
